Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  • • ½ banana
  • • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • • 1 tablespoon pb2
  • • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • • 1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate)
Instructions
  1. In a blender or single server blender cup, add all the ingredients (1/2 banana, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon pb2, ⅓ cup almond milk, ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder).
  2. Blend for about 45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Shake cup or scoop down sides of blender. Blend again for 15 seconds.
  4. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
