Chocolate Cranberry Protein Energy Balls

- • 1 cup rolled oats
- • ⅓ cup peanut butter
- • ¼ cup honey
- • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- • ¼ cup shredded coconut
- • ¼ cup dried cranberries
- • ¼ cup chocolate chips
- • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- • 1 scoop protein powder
- • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Place ingredients in large bowl.
- With your hands, mix ingredients until combined.
- With a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, gather ingredients into a ball. With hands, squeeze ball until ingredients are compacted.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Place balls into air-tight container and store in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
