Chocolate Cranberry Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • • 1 cup rolled oats
  • • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • • ¼ cup honey
  • • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • • 1 scoop protein powder
  • • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in large bowl.
  2. With your hands, mix ingredients until combined.
  3. With a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, gather ingredients into a ball. With hands, squeeze ball until ingredients are compacted.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Place balls into air-tight container and store in the fridge.
  6. Enjoy!
