Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients
  • • ½ avocado
  • • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • • Optional: mayo, red pepper flakes, green onion
Instructions
  1. Hard boil 6 eggs on the stove for about 7 minutes.
  2. Take eggs off stove and immediately run them under cold water.
  3. Place eggs in fridge, let chill for 30 minutes (if you're in a rush, you can place them in freezer for 5 minutes, just don't forget about them :))
  4. Peel eggs and ½ an avocado, place in medium-sized bowl.
  5. Chop eggs with fork or potato masher and stir in avocado.
  6. Add ½ teaspoon celery salt, and optional ingredients (1 tablespoon olive oil mayo, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon chopped green onion)
  7. Serve plain or on toast, enjoy!
