Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
  • • 2 pieces Atlantic salmon
  • • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • • 2 tablespoon gluten free bread crumbs
  • • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • • 2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, add ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoon gluten free bread crumbs, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon parsley, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Mix together with fork.
  3. Place salmon in parmesan mixture, coating well.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil in cast iron skillet on stove and place coated pieces of salmon in skillet.
  5. Brown each side of the salmon, about 5 minutes and then transfer to pan and place in oven.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
