• ⅙ cup shredded mozzarella on each chicken breast
• ⅛ cup shredded Parmesan on each chicken breast
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray medium sized baking dish.
In baking dish, 2-4 place chicken breast, 4 cups marinara and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon oregano, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
Place dish in oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, spiralize zucchini and set aside.
After 30 minutes, take chicken out of oven and sprinkle about ⅙ cup of shredded mozzarella and ⅛ cup shredded Parmesan on each chicken breast.
Place chicken back in oven for about 7 minutes - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
While cooking chicken, cook zucchini on the stove, about 5 minutes or until slightly tender (try not to over cook). Place a serving on plates when done.
When timer goes off, broil chicken until tops are browned (for about 3-5 minutes)
Take chicken out of oven and place on bed of zuchhini. Spoon out marinara and enjoy!
