Open-Faced Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
  • • 2 tablespoons Franks buffalo sauce
  • • 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Organic Avocado Ranch
  • • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • • 5 oz shredded chicken, boneless, skinless
  • • 2 slice of gluten free bread

  • optional: hummus, spinach, cucumber, celery, radish, sprouts
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons Franks buffalo sauce, 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Organic Avocado Ranch and 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Add in the 5 oz of shredded chicken and stir until creamy smooth.
  3. Toast two pieces of gluten free bread, add your toppings as desired and top with buffalo chicken.
  4. Enjoy!
