Open-Faced Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

- • 2 tablespoons Franks buffalo sauce
- • 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Organic Avocado Ranch
- • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- • 5 oz shredded chicken, boneless, skinless
- • 2 slice of gluten free bread
optional: hummus, spinach, cucumber, celery, radish, sprouts
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons Franks buffalo sauce, 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Organic Avocado Ranch and 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt.
- Add in the 5 oz of shredded chicken and stir until creamy smooth.
- Toast two pieces of gluten free bread, add your toppings as desired and top with buffalo chicken.
- Enjoy!
