Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Protein Bars

- • 1 cup natural organic peanut butter
- • 1 cup protein powder - chocolate
- • ¼ cup maple syrup
- • 1 ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- • ¼ cup cacao powder
- • 4 tbsp Rebbl Maca Cold Brew
Optional: hemp seed, chia seeds, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, dried cranberries
- Blend 1½ cups oatmeal in the food processor, until flour-like.
- Add in 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup protein powder, ¼ cup maple syrup and ¼ cup cacao powder. Blend on high to mix.
- While ingredients are blending, slowly pour in 4 tablespoons Rebbl Maca Cold Brew (1 tablespoon at a time) to moisten mixture.
- Once completely combined, place mixture in a 8x8 pan and press bars until tightly packed.
- Place pan in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut into bars and package separately. Enjoy!
