Shred cooked chicken in food processor or with hand mixer and place in large bowl.
Add ¼ cup olive oil mayo, ¼ cup plain greek yogurt, ¼ cup diced green onions, 2 - 3 tablespoons diced dill, ½ cup sliced red grapes, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper to shredded chicken.
Stir until combined.
Serve with crackers, on lettuce wraps, in a sandwich or eat it plan.
