Ingredients
  • BBQ Honey
  • • ¼ cup BBQ
  • • 1 ½ tablespoon Honey
  • • 1 teaspoon Ghee

  • Dry Rub
  • • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • • 1 tsp Oregano
  • • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • • ¼ tsp Salt
  • • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • • ½ tsp Paprika

  • Asian Zing
  • • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • • 1 ½ tablespoon Sweet chili Sauce
  • • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. In 3 small bowls combine all the ingredients for BBQ Honey, Dry Rub and/or Asian Zing.
  3. Place a chicken wing in one of the sauce bowls and cover completely and then place on the tin foiled pan. Continue with the rest of the wings. (I usually use my hands to pat on the dry rub.)
  4. *If you would like, save a little bit of each sauce in a different bowls and use to bast on the chicken wings once cooked, although not necessary.
  5. Place wings in oven to bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until done (no pink on the inside)
Notes
If you’re trying to save time, prep the sauces the night before and let them marinade during the day.

If you're only making ONE sauce, triple the ingredients to cover 10 wings.
