4 cups apples (peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces) - about 5 small apples
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar (organic if you have it)
½ teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons coconut oil
½ cup almond flour (or gluten free flour)
½ cup oatmeal
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon pink himalayan salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
Peel about 5 apples (~ 4 cups) and dice into 1 inch cubes. Place in cast iron skillet on top of stove. Add 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
Cooking the apple mixture on the stove for about 8 - 10 minutes or until they are soft, stirring occasionally.
While the apples are cooking, mix together oatmeal crumble ingredients – 3 tablespoons coconut oil, ½ cup almond flour, ½ cup gluten free oatmeal, ¼ cup brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt.
Once apples filling is baked, add the oatmeal crumble on top, spreading evenly.
Place the skillet in the oven and let bake for 17 - 20 minutes.
*Broil it for the last couple minutes to make the top crispy, just make sure to watch and not let it burn.
