Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • Toppings: extra blueberries, pecans, honey, granola, almond butter
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into mason jar or closable container and stir until combined.
  2. Place in fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight, hence the name).
  3. Take out of fridge, add toppings and enjoy!
