Put ½ cup of oatmeal, ½ cup almond milk and ½ cup of liquid egg whites in a bowl and mix together.
Place bowl in microwave for 3 minutes. (Make sure you have a big enough bowl, so the oatmeal won't overflow - this usually happens when there's one minute left.)
When oatmeal is cooked, sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of PB2, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and ¼ cup greek yogurt
Mix together and separate into two bowls.
Add ¼ cup blueberries, ¼ banana and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to each bowl.
