Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

- • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- • ½ cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- • 1 ½ tsp PB2
- • 1 tsp peanut butter
- • ⅓ cup raspberries
- • 1 scoop unflavored collagen/vanilla protein (optional)
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth.
- Sprinkle on your favorite toppings (optional)
- Enjoy!
