Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients
  • • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • • ½ cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • • 1 ½ tsp PB2
  • • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • • 1 scoop unflavored collagen/vanilla protein (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle on your favorite toppings (optional)
  3. Enjoy!
