Optional: Butter head lettuce or gluten free hamburger bun
Instructions
Turn grill on medium to heat.
In a large bowl combine 1 lb ground turkey, 2 - 4 tablespoons chopped jalapeno (depending how spicy you want the burger), 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons gluten free flour and a dash of salt and pepper.
Using a spoon or your hands mix the ingredients together and then split the batch into 4 equal sections. With your hands form the hamburger patties.
Toss hamburgers on grill (medium to low heat is best), flipping halfway through (about 7 minutes).
Once cooked through (no pink in the middle), serve on a gluten free hamburger bun or butterhead lettuce and top with your favs. Enjoy!
