Ingredients
  • • 4 - 5 golden potatoes
  • • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
  1. Wash 4-5 golden potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Then cut lengthwise again, so you have quarters. Then cut lengthwise again ,so you’ll have eighths. Then You’ll cut the eighths in half lengthwise so you’ll have skinnier match-like sized fry. (If you’d rather do wedges, skip the last cut.)
  2. Place the fries in a medium-sized container with a lid. Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoon paprika and 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt. Place the lid on the container and shake until everything is fully coated.
  3. Place the fries in the air fryer and set to 375 degrees for 20 minutes. When the timer goes off, take out the tray and give it a good shake so the fries rearrange, and then run them back in the air fryer for another 5 minutes on 375 degrees.
  4. Once the fries are cooked, take them out of the tray, sprinkle with a little extra sea salt and parsley, if desired, and serve with whatever sauce your heart desires. Enjoy!
