Greek Yogurt Brownies

Ingredients
  • • ¾ cup almond butter
  • • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • • 1 banana
  • • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand 69% cacao)
  • • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • • ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9x9 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ¾ cup almond butter, ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt and 1 banana. Mash banana and stir ingredients well.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until completely mixed.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and put in oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
