In a large bowl mix dry ingredients (1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup coconut flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda)
Add wet ingredients (1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 egg, ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ cup brown sugar, and ½ cup coconut sugar) to same bowl and use a hand mixer to combine.
Stir in ⅓ cup - ½ cup chocolate chip.
Use a cookie scoop to spoon out dough, and roll into balls and place on cookie sheet
Bake cookies for 10 - 12 minutes or until tops turn golden brown. Enjoy!
